Services may be exchanged if requested within 72 hours from your time of purchase. To request an exchange of service you can email us at forwardconsultingservicesllc@gmail.com. Please provide your invoice number, the service that you originally selected, and the new service you would like to receive.
If your new service is less expensive than the original purchased product, we will refund you the difference. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If your new service is more expensive than the original purchase product, we will send you an invoice for you to pay the difference.
Refunds & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, your service must be purchased within 3 days from the date of purchase. You will also need the invoice number or proof of purchase.
After 72 hours of purchase we have a zero refund policy. In order to assure we offer our clients the best service possible, our team begins reviewing, editing, and preparing materials for our clients shortly after service request has been received. Once the staff begins to move forward with performing the service, we have an absolute zero refund policy.
All services that have been completed are non-refundable, however we have a post-service 14-day period allotted to clients for edits and additional feedback free of charge.
