Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Program
Whether you’re new to the world of DEI or seeking to take your current knowledge and organizational programming to new heights, this workshop is for you. We have curated an interactive learning experience where our clients will have the opportunity to deepen their understanding of key DEI terminology, assess their organization’s current practices, design and implement a strategic plan, and most importantly learn strategies to ensure the plan is sustainable for years to come.
FUNDAMENTALS OF DEI

There has been a lot of talk regarding DEI, but do you know what it truly means to have a diverse, equitable, and inclusive organization? Better yet…why it even matters? This session takes a deep dive into the fundamentals of DEI and sets the stage for why fostering an effective DEI culture can benefit your organization. Topics we cover in this workshop include but are not limited to the following:
Defining DEI and key related terms
Making the case for DEI
What underrepresented talent wish organizational leaders knew
Encouraging allyship and intervention
EXAMINING DEI WITHIN YOUR ORGANIZATION

Where do you stand? We will take you through steps of how to assess the current DEI climate within your organization. Topics we cover in this workshop include but are not limited to the following:
Assessing implicit bias within self
Assessing implicit bias within the organization
Assessing barriers to DEI within an organization
DESIGNING AND IMPLEMENTING A STRATEGIC DEI PLAN

So you’ve done the ground work and are now ready to design and implement a strategic plan for DEI within your organization! During this workshop, we will guide you through strategies of how to develop an effective plan, as well as how to track and measure its progress. Topics we cover in this workshop include but are not limited to the following:
Positioning DEI as a priority
Measuring the success and progress of DEI efforts
Avoiding common missteps
Recruiting and retaining diverse talent
FOSTERING A DEI CULTURE THAT WILL SUSTAIN

As important as it is to launch an effective DEI plan, it is equally important to ensure its sustainability. The success of your program should not rely solely on people of your organization, but mainly on well-oiled processes. This session teaches how to protect your organizations DEI efforts so it may have meaningful and lasting impact. Topics we cover in this workshop include but are not limited to the following:
Developing inclusive leadership
Cultivating a skillful and cultural competent team and organization
